  • "I was on a cross country trip starting from NJ. My 2004 Honda ST1300 started having fuel related problems in Wyoming. Since I was on my way to visit a friend near Missoula, I found Five Valley Honda through the dealer locator. I brought the bike to them on Thursday,8/22/19. Gary, the service manager was very understanding of my predicament. He took me in and got to my bike right away. He called me a few hours later and said they identified the problem, ordered the part,and would have the bike ready by Friday afternoon. Sure enough, I picked up the bike on Friday. I had a brief conversation with the mechanic who worked on my bike. He said the FI warning light would probably come on, but the bike would run perfectly. He was right on both counts. I was able to continue the 3K mile trip back home to NJ without any issues. I even eventually learned to ignore the warning light!

  • "I had a great experience acquiring my new motorcycle. It was a swift 1 day process, I called at 10am and my loan was approved in 4 hrs. I called my insurance guy and he talked with the dealership, got my insurance paper work handled. I showed up at 5 pm signed my paperwork in 10 minutes, and was on my bike by 5:15pm. My new Honda is great and I am 100% satisfied. Great job to everybody."

  • "I just wanted to share my good news that I got my '75 TL125 running again last night! Thanks very much to your service department for splitting and reassembling the crankcase. The whole tear down and rebuild has been such a great learning experience for me. I managed to do everything but the crankcase stuff myself (with a LOT of help from the internet) and I'd even give the crankcase a shot if I have to take it apart again. Anyhow, thanks again!"

I didn't feel pushed into buying my Honda in any way like you get with the normal salesman pitch. They just give facts and then you decide. A good example of how it should be, buying from your neighbor (local people) and still be friends after the sale is complete. have been great to work with on buying any accessories too.   • "Recently my wife had a breakdown with her 2010 Goldwing trike close to this dealership when we were on a five day trip and they were kind enough to let us leave the trike with them until a Motor Trike service tech was able to repair the minor problem the next day. We were able to continue of trip which brought us back to Missoula two days later to pick up the trike. My hats off to the staff for their kindness. Gary & Susan"
